We had a microwave, air conditioner and an iron in the queen room. There was a great selection of fresh meals. The staff was very pleasant and incredibly nice and responsive to requests. The location was fab, a short walk to Ogunquit Memorial Library...
The staff were not very welcoming, didn't expect that coming.

Great location for visiting local area
Hotel was very nice - we wish our room was a little larger than it was. could not even set up our suitcases in the room - way too small for 2 people

in addition to being charming w/ character missing in many modern facilities, my room was comfortable & clean. Staff was great - I felt right at home. I understand a renovation is scheduled and am looking forward to returning after completion.

it was all about location, in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, beach and village.
Hotel rooms are smaller than cruise ship rooms. Price was too high ($150) for this closet.

The staff was friendly, and the complementary breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and baked goods. I enjoyed how close it was to the beautiful marginal way, a nice upgrade from my previous visits to other places in ogunquit.
pool cleanliness could be improved.

Everything...Right out of the sixties...Double bed....small small enficiency..no room to do anything including making a sandwich.. Large unnecesaary fridge...old old ...One large pot that was it...very disappointed in the Colonial..Breakfast was not very good. I have stayed at alot of different Hotels in Ogunquit that are lovely this was not. I hear they are renovating this fall. You could hear the upstairs guests walking and etc...The same with next door. They have alot of nerve charging that amt. of money. Thank goodness for Cafe Amore for breakfasts.

The location of the hotel is really good, just steps from the beach and charming town. The warm chocolate chip cookies at afternoon "cookie time" were a good treat, and the complimentary ice cream added a nice touch. The pool cleanliness could use some attention, and the small outdoor dining area felt cramped during busy times. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
